CRT -CPS Released Items

Do this part 1st!

1. Open CPS database into which you want to import the lesson.
2. Click the Prepare>Lessons and Assessments tab.
3. Select the target lesson or folder into which you want to import the CXM formatted lesson.
4. Click Import from the Lessons group (Arrow 1) The CPS Import Lessons window appears.
5. Click the Browse button (Arrow 2). An Open dialog box appears.
6. Using the drop down arrow, change CPS Databases (*cps) to CXM files (*.cxm) (Arrow 3)
7. Browse to where you saved the downloaded file(s).
8. Select file name of the CXM file(s) you want to import and click the Open button.
9. Depending on the lesson sizes and the speed of your processor, this import may take some time.
10. The imported lessons will appear on the lesson side of the Prepare>Lessons and Assessments tab. You can edit questions and deliver imported lessons the same as you would any you authored with CPS.

CXM Files: Individual grades and areas
These files have CXM extensions. 
Right click and "SAVE target/link AS..." to download the file.
Save to a convenient location (i.e, your CPS folder). 
When download is complete, follow directions at right to import into your CPS database.
