· All superintendents are invited—you are the advisory council.  Come and meet the other superintendents in the GTCC

· Review 2008-2009 Expenses and Projected Revenue for 2009-1010

· Learn about the CRT released items that have been downloaded into the CPS “clicker system” for immediate use by GTCC Schools.

· Discuss the 5 Year Plan.  How do we each see our schools involved in this process?

· Professional Development priorities for future—Summary of Summer Institute 2009
