I grew up in Great Falls, MT one of the larger cities in the state. I married a teacher and together we went to Denton, MT to teach. Since my husband was a vocational agriculture teacher I too was learning the agricultural way of life. We have three boys, two of which are currently in high school in the rural community of Denton. I have a B.S. in elementary education and hold an endorsement in Reading. Currently I teach 5th grade in the areas of math, science, english, reading, history, computers, and art. My educational philosophy is "It's not the hours you put in as a teacher that count, it's the teaching you put into those hours" and "Our greatest glory consists not in never falling, but in rising every time we fall".
