“Develop a passion for learning. If you do, you will never cease to grow”.   Anthony J. D’Angelo

My passion for learning began at a very young age, teaching my stuffed animals in the basement of our house in Great Falls; they were the most well-behaved and attentive students! I would take any leftover worksheets my teacher at Valley View Elementary School would give, so that I had plenty of work for the stuffed animals to do. I remember it like it was yesterday. Now, after 10 years of teaching and principalship, I have found that my passion is stronger than ever. My fire has been ignited by this new position as curriculum director and plan to share that flame wherever I may go throughout my career.

I want to give my thanks to the Golden Triangle Curriculum Cooperative Board of Trustees for their endless work in the search for a new director. It was no small task and it shows the dedication you have in education. Thank you for the work that you do, not only in your service to the board, but in your individual towns and schools. I look forward to working together in the future.

2019-2020 is set to be a great school year. We will be hosting the New Teacher Orientation/Golden Triangle Introduction on August 14 at the Hampton Inn, Great Falls, MT. The workshop will run from 9 am - 3 pm and will be filled with great information regarding your cooperative, educational standards, instructional strategies, best practices, support, collaboration, and a lot of fun! There will be goodies, treats, lunch, and many take-aways. I hope to see many educators there in just a couple of weeks. At any time, if you are looking for support or collaboration, please do not hesitate to contact me. I eagerly look forward to working with you!
