TITLE:
Project Based Learning Across the Curriculum-Oh My!
DESCRIPTION:
Participants will have the opportunity to learn new and various methods to teach students through hands on student engaged lessons.
We will also incorporate art in the core curriculum areas ie: Math, Reading, Science and Social Studies. The participants will leave the two-day class with a plethora of activities to utilize in their classrooms. These activities will be able to meet the needs of K-8 learners with various adaptations. Participants will have time to visit and brainstorm with others in their same teaching situation.

CREDIT:
15 OPI renewal units OR 1 graduate credit through Montana State University-Northern. MSU-N will charge $150.00 for this credit which is paid at the workshop.
EXPENSES:
Participants will be responsible for travel, lodging, and meals.
REGISTRATION POLICY:
$40.00 per participant if GTCC member / $100.00 per participant if not a GTCC member.

SPECIAL INSTRUCTIONS:
Participants need to bring a wireless internet capable laptop, a zip drive to save projects, art materials (scissors, markers, crayons, ruler, glue, etc.) an example of an art project and any Christmas plays you wish to share with others.
