TITLE:
Banish the Burnout!
COURSE DESCRIPTION:
Teachers explore ways to help avoid burnout and collaborate ideas for a more positive 2023-2024 School Year. This will include strategies for self, families, and students to deal with stress or ways to avoid it altogether. Come prepared to brainstorm with other K-12 teachers, try out some different methods, and to prepare for a fresh start for next year!
SPECIAL INSTRUCTIONS:
Bring an internet-capable device, outside clothes, walking/running shoes (or bike, basketball, rollerblades) , favorite pen/pencil & notebook.
One portion of the 2-day class will be held outside: bring a camp chair if you prefer not to sit on the grass.

OPI Renewal Units -OR- 1 semester credit Continuing Education Credits (MSU-Northern) will be available ($150 - paid at the workshop).
EXPENSES:
Participants will be responsible for travel, lodging, and meals.
