As we venture into our Fall school season, I am reminded of the important work that we do. Nothing in the 2020-2021 school year will be “typical”. Therefore, how do we rise to the occasion? Jill Harrison Berg wrote an article in the September 2020 publication, Educational Leadership; sharing, “the pandemic gives us an opportunity to zero in on what’s essential”. We must remind ourselves as administrators, teachers, and educational staff, that this pandemic can and should be seen as an opportunity to refresh our teaching, make differentiation a priority, build relationships often and early, and, “...zero in one what’s essential”.

We need YOU! - CURRICULUM REVISION

Curriculum Revision is at the HEART of the Golden Triangle and we need you/your wonderful teachers, to participate! This school year marks the 2nd review cycle for: World Language, Technology, and Music and the 1st review cycle for Business/Vocational Ed.

In order to participate, teachers DO NOT have to be certified in (or currently teaching in) the subject area of interest. You also DO NOT have to attend all meetings; attend what you can and share your knowledge!

All meetings will be VIRTUAL from 9:00 AM - 2:30 PM, with lunch from 12:00 - 1:00 PM. All participants will receive 5 OPI Renewal Units for each meeting they attend.

Administrators, please nominate your teachers! Teachers, please ask your administrators to nominate you!
